Terms of use

We ask you to familiarize yourself with and accept the most important ones attached below SIA "MV Music", unified reg. no. 40103254094 (hereinafter - MuzikasVeikals.lv) the terms of purchase of goods offered.

1. Since the sale of the product offered by MuzikasVeikals.lv takes place through an offer placed on the Internet, in accordance with Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights of the Republic of Latvia (PTAL), in such a case, when the buyer places an order, a Distance Agreement is concluded between the buyer and the seller.

2. It is possible to complete the order on the website www.muzikasveikals.lv or in the store at Ulbrokas street 30, Riga.

3. The goods can be delivered by delivery or at our store - Riga, Ulbrokas street 30. Delivery costs in the territory of Latvia are 2,89-15,00 €, depending on the total weight of the order and the delivery address. Delivery is free for orders over €99.00. Additional information in the "Delivery of goods/Calculation of costs" section.

4. All product prices are indicated, including Value Added Tax of 21%. The cost of the product delivery service is not included in the specified product price.

5. You can pay for the ordered product and the selected delivery service using a bank transfer or the services of a leasing company, it is also possible to pay at the time of receiving the product in cash or with a payment card (upon receiving the product in our store - Ulbrokas Street 30, Riga).

6. When placing an order, it is necessary to specify an e-mail address so that the customer can be sent an invoice-delivery note, instructions, etc. necessary documentation.

7. When ordering the product, we offer you to choose one of several ways of receiving the product: receive the product in our store, receive the product with Latvijas Past Eksprespasta, receive the product in Omniva parcels or pick up your order at CircleK DUS.

8. Before starting to use the purchased product, please carefully read the instructions for use of the product and use the product only in accordance with its manufacturer's instructions, in accordance with the characteristics of the product and the intended purposes of use.

9. You can use the right of refusal and return the product within 14 calendar days. To avoid misunderstandings, at the time of receiving the product, make sure that it fully corresponds to the ordered one - manufacturer, model, color, size and other important parameters. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please consider the following recommendations:

  • test but do not use the product;
  • keep the product's original packaging and completeness undamaged (sealed plastic packages can be opened carefully with scissors or a stationery knife).

10. In case you want to refuse the product, please contact us to arrange the return of the product.

11. Refunds are made using the same means of payment with which the transaction was made.

12. We reserve the right not to serve the order if the online store fails to contact the customer via the phone number or e-mail provided by him.

13. All sold goods are provided with a manufacturer's warranty of at least two years if the instructions for use are followed. Warranty terms are available here.

14. When ordering the product, confirm that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy of the website www.muzikasveikals.lv. The terms of the privacy policy are available here.

15. MuzikasVeikals.lv informs you that by specifying your e-mail address, you agree that it is included in the database and that a notification/reminder can be sent to it about initiated but unfinished product orders.

16. In cases where the buyer pays for the product ordered on the website www.muzikasveikals.lv and receives it in our store, the following documents certifying the purchase of the product are issued:

  • Cash receipt and/or delivery note;
  • Warranty card (if required).

17. In cases where the ordered product is delivered to the address indicated by the buyer, the document confirming the purchase is the delivery note sent together with the product.
The person responsible for assembling the order and drawing up the shipping document is indicated on the purchase document or the goods delivery note. The existence of the name and surname of the responsible person indicated on the document is equivalent to the signature of the mentioned person in accordance with the conditions of signing documents of SIA MV Music.

18. The fact that the buyer has received the product is confirmed by:

  • Upon receiving the ordered item in our store on the spot - the buyer's signature on the document;
  • Upon receipt of the ordered product with standard delivery or excluding CircleK DUS – the buyer's signature on the electronic terminal/delivery document or the delivery note of the courier/order issuer.

19. Claims that the order has not been delivered, after the receipt of the order has been confirmed by one of the methods described in clause 18, are not accepted.
